The following are photos of over 1,500 flags in honor of all veterans from all wars past and present. Presented at the battleship USS North Carolina across from downtown Wilmington.

Gave me pride, and chill bumps to walk among so many U.S. Flags, and also gave me pause to think of all the men and women fighting in the needless war in Iraq.
