Plans for Earthday?

I was just wondering if anyone had any great plans for earthday. I personally will be attending my city's (Nashville) celebration to explore more green idea's that i havn't seen yet. then i will plant a tree at my parent house(i live in an apartment). followed by a hockey game (Go Preds!).

Does anyone have any good ideas on how to further enjoy/experience on this day of healing? Does your city have anything fantastic to offer? This will be my first year to attend an Earthday event and i was just wondering if anyone has any good stories/experiences.

Well, the day is here. I installed a programmable thermostat in my apartment, replaced 3 lightbulbs with cfl's in my parents house, and planted 4 trees. hopefully i'm not the only one.
