Housing project going up near U-M's North Campus

This project is huge. The construction site is massive and there is a lot of working going on.

DetroitMan, hope you don't mind me posting this from your site:

As you can see, its pretty close to all of the University's buildings. Does anyone know exactly how much land U of M sold to the developer for this project? I'd like to see them sell the other side. Demolish ugly-ass Northwood and really have a cohesive and dense North campus.
