Spring Creek Town Center

Construction is currently underway for Cleveland's first mixed community on the north east side of Lee University. The new community will be known as Spring Creek Town Center. This new community will be bringing many firsts to the Cleveland area. The design using traditional architecture found in downtown areas will be a major element bringing old style character to new structures. This facility will include various shops, dining, banking, and a grocery just to name a few. The housing choices will consist of anything from loft apartments over top of businesses to town homes, row homes and free standing single family homes bringing something for just about everyone.
