I love how they totally ignore the lake (okay, maybe big pond) in front of Flour and just back everything up to it or put parking near it.  God forbid anyone might want to look at something pretty.  A restaurant with a lake side deck, put the pool/clubhouse/heck-anything for the apt complex near water and nature instead of surrounded by asphalt?  Oh well.... 

 

Looks like maybe Flour retained ownership of the property around the lake. Maybe there's no shore for them to build up to.(?)

If they present that, it won't get approved. For one thing, the parking is all wrong. The only good thing about that site plan is the roundabout.

A number of slabs have been poured for the apartment buildings. Should be seeing walls stood by early July.
