I was looking through the draft of the city's 2008-2013 capital projects plan and noticed that the city is planning to build a rail station on Plymouth just north of Barton Dr in 2010. If Ann Arbor does go through with constrction of this station I believe the chances of seeing a commuter rail link between Ann Arbor and Livingston County within the next 4 years increases greatly.
