I noticed someone is a member of the group MemberZ... what's that all about?

This group has restricted privileges. A forumer may get put into this group when they have caused headaches for this staff here and this is the last step before banning. Because we have decided to give the person another chance, they can be reverted back to member or member+ if they demonstrate good behavior.
