The building is currently undergoing a renovation. This includes seismic upgrades and upgrades to class A office space. The pdf mentions that the building will have its original canopy readded that hangs out over main street. It will also have the canopy added later that encircles the ground floor removed. The thing that interested me the most was the part that mentioned a new "64' signage added to the top of the tower". I was wondering if this will be added to the of the 3 story penthouse, or to the actual tower proponent itself? Any ideas.
