Work on new arena could begin next year

All the land has been secured for a new arena, and it looks like they may begin clearing it in January, with construction starting in July. This would be the case whether Isle of Capri is chosen for the slots license or not.

I am glad to see something finally happening. I just hope it's Isle of Capri paying for it in the end.
