West Mifflin raised their amusement tax a year or two ago to squeeze more money out of Kennywood. Now the state has permitted Kennywood to pay no tax at all. And West Mifflin officials are pissed.

This is all ridiculous. One little town shouldn't be able to take advantage of the region's biggest amusement park just because it happens to be in their borders. If the whole county were consolidated this sort of thing could be avoided.
