Capuccino's of New Haven is opening in the Linden building across from the Ribicoff Federal Building on June 1st. Also in the Linden the Emperor Restaurant opens in June.

That's gonna be great. I almost tried to buy that space. The guy only paid $500k for it. A condo in the same building can sell for over $1,000,000. It was a steal. I'm still hurt I did not try harder.
