Any hope that the state will re-evaluate participation in the Boston to Montreal High Speed Rail project?

The article didn't say anything about specific rail projects such as Boston-Montreal high speed or commuter rail to Nashua and Manchester. One would sure hope they'd decide to step up on that. It will help with the concerns they have for tourist traffic in the Lakes Region.
