Penn Valley Park Master Plan

Here is a Star article along with the renderings of the recently updated Penn Valley Park master plan. It will add 1,000 residential units inside the park, and add a major water feature running from the fireman memorial down some cliffs and into some existing ponds/lakes.

This additional 1,000 units bumps KC's total units proposed/under construction/built (since 2000) up to 10,000 units.
