Its amazing how the word "development" brings out the worst in some people. St Joe hasn't really said what they will do with the property, yet the surrounding neighbors are already complaining. What they have said is they intend to develop low density, and no high-rises. Which sounds great to me. I could really see this piece of property used for some larger homesites, overlooking the water and possibly a golf course. But as the spoiled would have it, there is going to be a fight.
