Do Old Discussions Get Archived?

Hi, I'm new here, so I apologize if this has been asked somewhere in here already. (I did a search and couldn't find anything on it.)

I was wondering if the old discussions in the various forums get archived or "deleted" from UrbanPlanet eventually or do they keep on building?

I'd hate to think I missed some great discussions and ideas.

With few exceptions, every discussion that has ever taken place here, is on the forum. Thanks for joining us here at UrbanPlanet.

How long are topics and their posts stored on UrbanPlanet? Are they deleted after a certain amount of time?

With very few exceptions, we have every post ever made on UrbanPlanet and its predecessor SkyScraperAmerica. We do have some old forums hidden from view, such as the simcity forum as they are no longer relevant to the site. It's our policy to keep everything for our members.

That's good to know that you do that It seems like it would be a TON of information to keep up with though! ...especially if there is a backup/fault tolerance system implemented.
