I think it's going to be too difficult to get ITP to relocate too. That garage they have on Wealthy is just too convenient to the new ITP Station.

I doubt ITP would have the funds to move, and they shouldn't , that location is perfect for the new station. We'll just hafta work around 'em.

A better use for a river view

As if written by this very board Sounds like GRCentro, Rizzo and I are going to work up some stuff and hopefully submit it to the Commissioners in a couple of weeks. I guess we're going to nix the casino idea, and just go with an entertainment/shopping/residential complex.

For some reason I feel like we can use the editor to the Press as our mouthpiece, It's almost like it was word for word. Dad, so the previous idea, with the canal is still a go? I still have yet to through some renderings down, I should have something next week. OH and by the way, I earmarked 1.3 billion for this development...

$1.3 billion!! I don't think it will be that much GRCentro said he would have some time in a few weeks. We'll talk more then.

I think whatever goes there will be great no matter what the cost... but before we go that far down the river don't think we could use something in huge parking lot right next to Charlie's crab and fulton... I think it could use something big. However, it should include a mix use parking ramp so the Van can still have it's extra parking.

If something does go there, someone oughtta fix up that bridge with lights and whatnot. Granted, the city apparently can't replace lights on the bridges we have now, so maybe that's asking too much

I was just thinking that two days ago. How hard can it be to assign someone to replace those lights?

There was an issue that when Devos Place was built, they were disconnected on the Bridge Street bridge. The city thought they were reconnected when it was finished. Apparently not

Actually, I was referring to the blue pedestrian bridge that must have a hundred light bulbs that dont work when its lit up at night. It just looks a little shoddy to me.
