Euclid corridor transportation project

Everyone from the cleveland area knows about it. My question is what do you think? City officials feel that the redevelopment of the infrastructure will spark redevelopment of the self proclaimed "midtown" i.e. hough, fairfax ... I definetly like to see the city making legitimite efforts towards the revitalization of the area. I heard discussions over making sure there will be a bike path but what about the bus line? The line will be a rapid line that will only take minutes to go from university circle to public square. My question is why not put in place what was originally there a light rail. After all university circle is named after the circle that allowed the trains to turnaround. Plus I feel that that a light rail would definitely make the area more attractive than a bus line.
