Nice! Is this site well-advertised in Jax? I'd love to see an interstate billboard near downtown with a nice color ad for Downtown!

There used to be billboards a while ago. They said "Not your ordinary neighborhood" and everything. I'm not sure of any at the moment, but it's certainly in their overall strategy.

And yes ... the site looks much better than it has in the past. It helps to actually have pictures of our downtown, as opposed to stock photos of smiling models!!!

The first phase of the project includes a 32-story tower with 234 condos built over a 622-space parking deck. The second phase of the project would consist of a 36-story tower consisting of 295 apartments.

Did I miss something here? I thought it was 28 storys.

Its a typo. I think, The Strand, when originally proposed was supposed to be 32 stories.
