Phoenix renovations

On page 13 of the September 26 issue of the Hartford Business Journal, Phoenix has an advertisement that is titled "Re-imagining Hartford". It's a nice little piece that talks about some of the construction and activity taking place downtown, and some of the Phoenix's contributions such as the donated land for the Science Center.

Now here's the interesting part:

"Phoenix's Hartford roots stretch back to our founding 154 years ago, and we're in the midst of a major renovation of our headquarters that signals our continued commitment to staying downtown."

This is the first I've heard about a major renovation taking place there, how about you guys? I'm assuming they have to know about the problem with the loading docks fronting Columbus Blvd, and it sounds like they just might do something about them. Very exciting if this turns out to be the case!
