Downtown Ann Arbor identity crisis

It seems like this issue keeps sneaking in every now and then. This is good because I think Ann Arbor needs to consider how it is going to grow into the future. It's also very important on a regional standpoint being that Ann Arbor is such an important asset in Metropolitan Detroit. As shown by the transit study, Ann Arbor has a lot of economic pull in this region and its decisions can steer which direction we lean toward.
