City officals await new hotel plan

PORTSMOUTH - The developers of a major new hotel hope the project enhances the city

Portsmouth is so small that even a modest development is a big deal. Its human scale and red brick motif makes it my favorite in New Hampshire.

That Dude is my uncle, anyway isnt there a height limit in portsmouth, even thou the land they have to build on is fairly big its seems like a hotel would break the height limit.

I hate the Parade mall awful building, a hotel would be a nice fit there

My guess, is that it will be brick and under 8 storys, Portsmouth is so strict on designs in downtown, i thyink portsmouth will have no problem supporting this hotel, Portsmouth is New Hampshire hub in the summer time.

Portsmouth can definately support more rooms. I was looking for a place to stay there a while ago and was underwhelmed.
