Little Rock is no longer little, in fact it's quickly becoming quite the contender as a renowned tourist city.

"This is Little Rock and it's different and it's changing and it's exciting and it will continue to grow and change," said Sharon Priest with the Downtown Partnership.

Most of the credit goes to the Clinton Presidential Library. Even before it was built, a ripple effect spread throughout downtown. Companies like Axciom moved its headquarters here, the Excelsior became the Peabody after a major renovation and developers invested millions in the Arkansas Capital Commerce Center.
