GRAND RAPIDS -- On the eve of its 25th anniversary, Dwelling Place has announced a $4.5 million rehabilitation of its largest low-income apartment in Grand Rapids.

Weston Apartments -- two six-story buildings at 21 Weston St. SW and 44 Ionia Ave. SW -- will have interior remodeling in all 190 apartments starting Aug. 1.

Since Weston is owned by Dwelling Place, does anyone know if it is subsidized?
