It sounds absolutely wonderful, unfortunately I'm rarely if ever on that side of town so it'll take my own personal initiative to try it out. That onion stuffed with black eyed peas sounds pretty good. Again, I'm glad to see Corktown making leaps and bounds in an effort to see tangible results.

Is the old Mercury Bar ever going to get done? It seems like it's been under construction forever.

Regardless, it's nice to see establishments like this opening up in Corktown. I'll be sure to check out Slows once it opens.
