doormanpoet notes in an earlier post that his sources say Signature Tower will materialize. Don't bet against D. Poet or Sig T.

The Poet does, in fact, have many sources and contacts (it seems, at times, as many as The City Paper affords this writer). I have found the man to be accurate on most of his predictions and I feel his Sig T. sources likely are credible.

Having said that, I don't like to be exicited and then let down. My thought is: Until the tower rises, it ain't rising.

We'll all know soon.
