Nice pictures. I was downtown yesterday as well, probably a few hours after you posted these shots.

You can't see it too well from these shots ... but that small yellow pole is actually the machine that is drilling (banging?) the foundation for the Peninsula!

What? Where did you hear this? That would be awesome, but how likely is that?

I couldnt help but wonder..Is it just me, or does the strand look nothing like it does on the rendering so far. If you ask me, the shape of the building looks alot lik the peninsula. Please help..im very confused?????

That would be awesome if the Peninsula is now actually 60 stories, but where did you hear this information from? Is it from the builder or just a rumor? If it's true, then wow, the southbank's skyline will really change now. Furthermore, it they're going ahead to building the Peninsula as 60 floors, then there must be really high demand.

Thats crazy! I really dont think they have altered plans that much to make it 60 stories. From 38 to 60 is a huge jump!

Just kidding...wishful thinking on my part. But who knows, anything can happen being that the units are selling so swiftly and so well; however, it is too late in the game now to go from 38 to 60 stories.

By the way, anyone know how many feet tall Peninsula will be? I heard something along the lines of 440 to 470 feet.

It really looks like Peninsula is going to be taller than Riverplace Tower! Riverplace is 28 stories and 432 feet; being a residential tower at 38 stories, I would think it would be around 450 feet plus!
