I drove by this recently and it appears to be stalled. It looks like it hasn’t progressed since it’s most recent Google Street View in April 2023.

This has shown up as a discussion topic on the ARB agenda for Monday’s meeting. No supporting documents in the agenda packet but I suspect it still hasn’t progressed. Anybody been by the site recently?

I pass by the site a couple times per week.  They got as far as the foundation but progress has been stagnant for several years now.  The site is overgrown and unkempt.  Hopefully they will get this going again.

Looks like this is about to resume construction.  Original proposal was for 56 units, it’s now 66.  This is on the 24 August planning agenda
