According to William Williams, the developer may be having trouble getting the construction loan, although the first one, the 9 story building, is sold out. Sometimes the developers can pre-sell all units, but still not get the loans needed to start construction. Down payments for units is not enough to get construction started in some cases. Also since the property is located in a historical urban revitalization district, MDHA has to approve the design. At this point Harrison lofts are a wait and see.
