I live in the Wall Street Tower apartment complex on Canal Street and can attest to the amount of noise and bad behavior these clubs create. I can't tell you how many times I've been woken up in the middle of a Saturday night by people yelling and swearing outside... But I shouldn't expect anything different living where I do.
