Third and Grand - which is named for its location at Third Street and Grand Boulevard in New Center - will be a six-story apartment building which will include 21,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space and a 330-space parking garage.  It broke ground in October of last year, and is scheduled to start leasing in the beginning of 2018.

Like other projects, 20% of the units will be reserved for low-income residents.
