28 Grand is a 13-story apartment building on Capitol Park with 218 micro-units.  It was scheduled to start leasing in June.  Here's a picture from back in March.

133 of the units are market-rate, and 85 units are reserved for those with low income housing credits.  It has been something of an informal policy in the city that even the nicest developments contain some units for low-income tenants.
