Amway Grand Plaza Hotel to become Curio - A Collection by Hilton

I guess I missed this original news back in June of this year. The AGP will be rebranded as as Curio - A Collection by Hilton hotel. Wonder if they're going to change the signage too? It sounds like they're definitely not getting rid of the Amway Grand Plaza name, due to its notoriety.

It will probably be like some of the other historic hotels that Curio has taken over, like the Providence Biltmore:

This is an interesting choice considering the other two Amway hotels are Marriott branded and Marriott has a collection similar to Hilton's curio called Marriott Autograph Collection, which is much more extensive but same concept of branding old/independent style hotels and align with the rewards systems. I stayed at one in OKC
