Apartment redevelopments at Faris @ Augusta

I see that the aging apartment complex at Faris @ Augusta has been redeveloped into a nice development, The Bristol.  Given the upscale demographics of the area, it's about time.

 

Question: Andover Park Apartments is a complex further down Cleveland on the right as you approach downtown, in between First Baptist and the Masonic lodge and before the YMCA.  Why hasn't it been redeveloped?  Or have plans been announced for its redevelopment and I've just missed it?  With Crescent Avenue just a block away, the site would be ideal for a nice townhome community or something, and the site could support a much more expensive complex.

 

Just curious; the Alta Vista area has so many opportunities for infill developments and redevelopments.

I think its all in due time that Andover is redeveloped.
