Project List Anyone?

OK, so I know about the Signature Tower and the Viridian and those major developments, but does anyone else know any of our other projects that are proposed or under construction?

I am sure you are aware by now about the Suntrust Plaza going up behind the Ryman. Groundbreaking I hear has been moved up to May instead of June, although I would not include a 13 story building as a major project. :shifty: :shifty:

Yeah I remembered that right after I hit post and didn't really feel like editing. But it is an office building, which, no matter what size, is the first we've seen in what, 15 years?

there is the magnetek building that was built on commerce a few years back.

There were several 10-12 story office towers built along West End, and out near the airport.
