The parking lot behind the old McDonald's and the McDonald's building itself was suppose to become an expansion of the parking garage next to it. The owner of the garage tried to buy out the owner of the parking lot, but he didn't want to sell, so the plans didn't move forward. I haven't heard of any other plans for that building. I wish they would do something though.

Thats a good point... great location, shady clientele, no good reason for it not to be developed. Plus, so close to the civic center and convention center. I'll do some digging and see if anything comes up.
