Maybe we are looking at different numbers, but I had Pulaski growing by 16,377 (382,748 to 399,125) and Saline growing by 16,298 (107,118 to 123,416). Either way the difference is relatively minor.

I think it's impressive that Pulaski had the most growth of any county in the metro. It's third in the state behind the two NWA counties. It would have been really nice if it could have hit 400k though. Pulaski has been in the 300s since before the 1980 census.

This should also mean that the MSA name will change to "Little Rock-Conway-North Little Rock."

The former Infiniti Dealership off Colonel Glenn is now Steve Landers Cowboy Mitsubishi. I believe this is second Mitsubishi dealer in the state, the other being in Springdale.

For a retail center that is not fully leased the Promenade has had a lot of out parcel development in the past 5 years or so.

You're probably right. I got the address from the state plumbing permit website. They must have added an extra digit to the address by mistake. 601 S University would make more sense.

Raisin Canes is opening a second location at 6001 S University, which is just north of 65th St. That seems like a strange location to me.

Based on the plumbing permits, iHeart Media is relocating to Shackleford Crossings. At least that will fill some of the empty space.

Does anyone know what is going in behind the Promenade, on the southwest side? The entire area has been cleared out.

Taziki's has applied for a plumbing permit at 15000 Cantrell Rd. That location is next to Regions, about a quarter mile west of Taylor Loop.
