Can you guys imagine an ESPN Zone downtown or something of the like!

Well, i sent my i think 10th email to the commissioners this morning and if i have time i am going to try and make some phone calls. We all need to do our part and voice our opinion. For me its all i can do since i cant even vote (yet) to put these people up there.

Slimeball is an understatement for this shady businessman. He has brought a lot of low wage paying jobs to Orange County and made a crap load of money doing it. Hey Rosen, how about some pride for the city that you have helped built? How about giving something back? If the commisioners dont pass this it will be a huge step back and i can see a lot of the forward thinking people leaving this city. I am sorry if it sound slike i am rambling but i am very disgusted abotu this news.

Well Guys and Gals, I was there tonight and i am please to say that the photography of downtown was really cool. I was at the bar so i cant speak for the waiting servie but the Bar service was really good and the food was awesome. better then the east Orlando location i thought. If any of you guys were there tonight we probably walk or saw each other. One thing i notice walking under the building between the solaire and the plaza, the smell from the garbage was definately obvious and you could smell almost to the stairs for the theatre. I hope its just a temporary thing because that location really smelled.

FLATS!!!!! haha j/k beer wine liquor, flatbread pizzas with whatever you want on them pretty much. Salads and i cant remember what else. their deserts are ok.

Hey thats Spring Isle, i live in there! Well, i live in the single family home area but will be moving to The Vue when its done. I tell you i really do not know how these things will age. I do not like this area, traffic is horrible. Unless you leave your house at the crack of dawn it will take you 15-20 minutes to get from Avalon Park Blvd. to the 408 on Colonial, and then you deal with 408 traffic. I cant wait to live and work downtown!!!!!!. Which brings me to the conclusion that the geniuses at the county level did not think when they approved all the development out here. Hmmm, lets build a whole community but not widen its access road, real genius. As far as the commercial site, what do we have going in there?

They have the inside elevators working which is why they have started to take down the outside elevators. I have some pics i need to post but havent had a chance. I like the inside of this building better than The Solaire already. I will hopeully get the pics up tonight.

Well i am glad they scaled it down, they would probably be now just topping off!

I guess us VUE residents will have to become the new downtown NIMBYS when this gets proposed, haha

I don't; but i also dont plan on living there forever either. Also i decided i wanted the west view of the city but Dynetech blocked that already from what it looks like. Either way i will be happy to be a resident and being part of the great downtown that it will become.

Yes, the parking garage is one of the reasons why i didn't buy there. However, i did go see a bunch of the units there and like the overall finish of them. I did not like the ceiling and Ihope the Vue is somewhat better. IF not then i will have to go ahead and finish it.
