I agree or take all the tolls off the roads and make them free to use thus maybe not having to spend more money on other roads.What i dont get is they use tax money to build these roads and are supposed to stop charging tolls after the roads are paid for good example is FLA turnpike!

I pose this question and this is just everyones opinion.Potentially how many renters and how many owners do you all think will live in the downtown core?Or how many project do we have uc or proposed that will be apartments for rent versus owners?

I would trade both those projects for 1 Tradition towers!

As i have commented on here before.Why cant the government county state and feds build some nice high rise Apartment complexes in Parramore.Just thing 2 or 3 30 or 40 story high rises in the area.Everyone would be happy even all of us her 0n Urban Planet!

What this whole thing boils down to is this.Does Orlando want a nba team here and hopefully get a fottbal and basball big league team here eventually.We all know that in a matter of a few short years we will have the population to support all three.If we want to play with the big boys we have to shell out the money just like any other big city imo.

I think i read somewhere that that is for NBA Basketball.And more for college.I dont know what the difference is.Orlandonative can you help me out here with this?
