Glad to see this chunk of land is getting freed up. Mid 2007 is a long time but it will be worth it. I have
invested in the Moores River area and can't wait for something great to be put on that property. Has anybody heard of what might someday replace that plant? It would be great for the MLK corridor. This area between Moores river drive is really getting nice slowly but surely. MLK East to Washington is a great area with lots of historic homes. Many have already been bought and fixed up. Hope to see more. Of course the Colonial Village area is nice too.
