    One is left wondering if the twin spires were removed as a cost saving measure. If so, it's a poor way to start a project like this.

    How much extra could two spires add to the overall cost?

    The sales person said a few million dollars.

    "This is new talk, try to read ahead before you respond."

    It's the same firm. The first letter I got in April said The VUE would be a "joint venture" with MCL Company, now MCL does everything.

    That developer bought the company months ago and said construction would start in May, no June, no July. They had a ceremony planned in July, then the Business Journal said Aug 23 then... etc. Will the talk ever end? (Or construction ever begin?)

    Wow. Just had lunch with someone that recently looked at The Vue -- I didn't realize they actually want a whopping 20% down.

    Only the penthouse buyers pay 20% (10% first deposit, 10% second deposit). It's a total of 10 or 15% for all other units.
