"This is new talk, try to read ahead before you respond." It's the same firm. The first letter I got in April said The VUE would be a "joint venture" with MCL Company, now MCL does everything.

That developer bought the company months ago and said construction would start in May, no June, no July. They had a ceremony planned in July, then the Business Journal said Aug 23 then... etc. Will the talk ever end? (Or construction ever begin?)

Only the penthouse buyers pay 20% (10% first deposit, 10% second deposit). It's a total of 10 or 15% for all other units.
