I am always checking the O and Wa. boards. Nice places to live.

I toured 55 on the park about 9 months ago. I agree, the concierge was very nice. Parking was the least desirable feature. I really liked the units.

AFAIK new Y will be located about where Neil Brothers Tire is now located. Across 14th street and just West of Total.

And both are by a river.

I hear that the traffic to Northside HS is horrible in AM and when school is over. Adding a middle school would make it worse!
