So which will be on the front page of the paper tomorrow? Vince Young or Signature Tower? Anybody know when construction starts? Is it still by Jan. 2007?

IMO, going over 900 feet will begin to look out-of-place. However, a) one tall boy may spur others and b) no guts, no glory. Ya never know, the lenders may be saying "Hey Tony, you've got overwhelming response for this, so why not add another 15 floors?" **Also, I really think some of you do not have any unwrapped presents on X-mas morning. I guess I have enough patience to wait.

jice, your points on the STL is correct. It is $1.25 to ride and MetroLink is used extensively for things like ball games, special events, fireworks, etc. When one of these events are over, it normally takes about 20-45 minutes to clear out everyone depending on the event/number of people. I can attest that this is a great use for rail and think we will catch on to that concept pretty quick.

On a positive note: one aspect of this that makes this a go is the fact that you can board a train in Lebanon. Try doing that in Atlanta, D.C., or St. Louis and you will find that you have to drive to within about 15 miles of DT to the first stop on the line. By the time one has driven that far, taking the train becomes a bit of a waste (unless parking is a serious issue)
