  1. Ok. I know this has been rumored for some time but a buddy of mine was at Bass Pro in Macon recently an was told we won't be waiting much longer for a store here. I'm not sure if this was just idle talk but I also heard from a realtor that there are plans for a super target in the midland area. I also heard this before. Not sure if any of it is true but they did not spend money demolishing the old swift mill for nothing.

  3. This is awesome. I was really hoping this land would be developed. There are so many retailers that would do well in columbus. I just hope they can have a development that is more of a walk able lifestyle center unlike Columbus park crossing. Something similar to atlantic station in Atlanta.

  4. Whatever happened with Super Target? That was supposed to happen in that area a few years ago. I also keep hearing that there might be a Cheesecake Factory coming here. Anyone else hear this? I think it would do very well. Restaurants seem to thrive in Columbus.

  5. Anyone know if something is being developed across from the Rite Aid and Wendy's on JR Allen Pkwy? I saw Heavy equipment bent unloaded on a site that was supposed to be developed years ago by Jacoby development. I know at one time there was talk of putting a Super Target over there. Any thoughts??

  6. Anyone know what the construction on JR Allen is for? They have started grading the land and laying sewer lines on the property across from Rite Aid. This must be a large development. Also the property behind Rite Aid is under contract according to the Woodruff development Website.

  7. I read that Rob Doll Nissan has purchased land to build a new dealership in North Columbus. I wonder if this will be an Infiniti dealer or just a new Nissan location. Has anyone heard anything about the retai center at the intersection of Whittlesey and Moon Rd? They bagan clearing land a few months ago and now nothing seems to be happening.
