  1. I just talked to a friend last night who is moving into the Avenue and they mentioned to me that they aren't closing until late November or early December. I am under the impression that presales for Catalyst wouldn't occur until after the Avenue residents have closed, since Novare would be using the same sales center. Anyone have any insight as to when to when Catalyst presales might be occur and whether my assumption is correct. On a side note I can't wait until Novare releases some more information about the building (i.e. floor plans and amenities). Also thanks to everyone who has posted pictures, they look great.
  2. Those pics look like the action is on MLK and Mint, but I'm under the impression initial construction would be on Catalyst which is on MLK and Church. Am I confused? Can anyone help me out. Thanks.
  3. I drove by the site today and saw that they had put up a sign for Catalyst with the website address http://www.catalystcharlotte.com/. All there is a registration link there at the moment, but it says it will be updated regularly. I can't wait for this to go on the market.
  4. I was skimming the Novare website today to see if there were any new renderings (there aren't), but I noticed that the changed the completion date of the first condo tower to Winter 2009. I guess that leaves me with two questions 1) Are they going to build both towers (Twelve and Overture) at the same time? 2) When pre-sales begin will both be available (ultimately creating a larger selection of floor plans and living options)? Any insider or general knowledge would be appreciated. Either way I'm looking forward to both of them.
  5. Any chance you could post the article (if its short) or could provide a link to the article? Thanks for the update. I too like the new name.
  6. Since it seems like the Twelve and Ovature will be put on the market seperately. Does anyone have any knowledge or opinions on what the major differences/selling points are between the two buildings. Also any idea have any idea whether they think the two projects will go on the market at the same price? I know I want in on one of them, but still deciding which one.
  7. I would have to agree and I hope you are right. I can't wait for these to get on the market. I really wished they'd put both Twelve and Overture on the market at the same time, but I doubt that will be the case.
  8. Anyone have a guess or inside knowledge what the average cost per square foot Overture and Twelve will hit the market at? I'm hoping it will be somewhere in the $300-325/sq ft. like the Avenue was initially priced, but with the cost of materials increasing and other high priced projects being announced I doubt that will be the case. Obviously this would be speculation, but I'm curious what everyone thinks. Thanks.
  9. Do you know how to get on the waiting list is? I wanted to sign up on that.
  10. Is this insider information or has one of Novare's websites been updated? Also any word pricing? or when they'll open a sales office? I think I read on UP that they might just use the Avenue sales office.
  11. Any word on when any of these Novare projects will begin presales or even open a sales center? Also, does anyone have a timeline for any of the other big projects presales (i.e. Wachovia)?
  12. I am very excited about these new projects. I was wondering if anyone would be able to provide a list of the names of some of the new condo projects in 3rd Ward (outside of Twelve and the Wachovia condos). I wanted to looked them up on the internet and see what other information was out there about them. Also I don't know if they are allowed, but if someone knows the web address to these new projects I'd appreciate that info. Sorry to the website monitor if they aren't allowed.
