For those that have followed the streetcar progress so far, when would you bet phase 3 starts/ends? My wife and I are on the east side near the phase 3 potential route on Central, and are looking to either add an addition or move to a bigger place (a bit farther from the action for $$ purposes). Thoughts?

Hi all, first time poster, but been on the east side for a few years. I was wondering what everyone's experience is with the accuracy of the charlottenc.gov projects page timelines? I'm specifically curious about the Kilborne Streetscape Project, as I live near there. It says utility relocation work to start early 2021, with construction to start mid 2021 (most recent update November 2020). Thoughts? I haven't seen much (any?) work being done on Kilborne except some major tree cut back, but that could just be Duke cleaning up the power lines.
