Here's an update on the next phase of Camp North End's food options on Keswick. The owner of the future donut shop said she's been told completion is expected in August.
Passing by the existing food stalls and crossing the tracks, here's the current view:
There's stairs leading to the roof and it looks like a small building being built up there. Underneath the overhang, the stalls/restaurants are coming together and they're working on a Quonset hut. Here's a closer view:
Here's the hut from the other end:
The sides of the hut are aligned with the edge of the roadway which makes it feel a bit closed in. It'll be interesting to see how it turns out.
Turning right after this area, the area at the corner is progressing. I believe this is the new larger space Hex Coffee will be moving into. Looks like a great upgrade from their current space.
Along Camp Road heading to the north, they've installed new poles, seemingly fabricated from reclaimed iron from the site. Unclear what their purpose is, my guess is street lighting. There's a sign on the utility poles located in the sidewalk saying that those poles will be removed as soon as Duke can hook up the new poles (located on the street side of the sidewalk).
Hope you guys enjoy the tour, let me know if there's something else on the site you want to see and I'll try to get a photo for you.

Grabbed this photo from the backside of Free Range Brewing's bar last week. The metal bars really class up the garage facade.

Any renders of Enterprise in the new building? I imagine it will be pretty upscale, perhaps even becoming a National location...
I started out joking about this but now I really want it to happen.

More expansion announcements at CampNorthEnd. Owner's of Leah & Louise are opening 4 more new concepts.
I walk around the perimeter of CNE almost daily, been a ton of fun lately watching all the rapid change. New pedestrian street lights and trees going in around the entire 76 acres. The building where the event hosting space is going is really coming along nicely, new windows, interior walls going up, parking deck. I am still trying to confirm but I believe Saru Ramen has closed which is a bummer, that had quickly become my favorite go to lunch spot.
Ill try and do a better job of getting some progress pictures as I stroll through daily.
Saru Ramen did close. I went over last week and ran into a worker who was cleaning out the place. There's not really anyone there on weeknights to eat outside in the winter so I'm not surprised someone closed

Does anybody know what is going on and has been going on when you get off billy Graham onto the airport road on the right side? They cleared a bunch of trees and looked like they were putting in new storm water pipes. Maybe it has to do with the office park right there not sure. Are they redoing the exit ramp from billy graham onto airport road?
I believe you are referring to the Upper Taggart Wastewater Project. There are details and a map here. I only knew to look under that name because I found the Taggart Creek Sewer Outfall Project a few years back. That project went further alongside Billy Graham. A full list of CLT projects is here.

Here's a photo update on Camp North End's construction. Looks like the Keswick shops are complete on the exterior and just need interior completion. I love the variety of different finishes and materials used in the area.
Noda Company Canteen is established over in the Boileryard and looks great.
