On a side note, do any of you believe this is really just an expansion of Downtown Norfolk, versus a creation of Midtown Norfolk? What does Midtown offer as far as services? Wouldn't a "Midtown" label ignore the geographic particulars of Norfolk as a whole? Just thinking out loud. I am super excited about the happenings around here. Just wondering what you all think, when considering Norfolk as a whole.
