Crucial, I like the fact that you didn't exaggerate the height. This looks great!

Now I'm wondering who the main tenants will be. BOA, WF, maybe USB? The fact it's moving forward says to me they have an anchor(s). My gut says WF, yet I believe USB is doing a little more than building a Ped. Bridge!

This was the massive news that JasonThomasCLT was alluding to in his post from 11/2 stating that a massive CRE announcement would come on 11/3?
I hope not. I mean this is big news, but...

KH, I'm with you. A couple of months back, there was an argument about Nashville/ Charlotte skyline.(which is better) Someone who seemed to have knowledge, hinted that it was was a done deal that a certain Bank would be building a 600+ Tower. I'm thinking they were referring to WF! From what I have read, we haven't seen nothing yet. Which raises the question Who's building?

There was smoke on Twitter yesterday that a big announcement was supposed to take place today. When pressed, it was said something to the effect of a land swap. What will be built on the land was something to get excited about. Also, was hinted that Southend is getting ready to "grow up" with development. We shall see!

I am very excited to hear who this anchor tenant is will they be local already in the market or a big relo from a golden state.
Said it's BIG names. Whomever that may be?

Scraperguy, I'll answer that for you. First, I don't follow Austin all that close, but I do Nashville. In any case, whats going on in Nashville is basically renouncements so to speak. They will announce a proposal, then when they start building that's an announcement as well. Being honest, Nashville is exploding right now with Skyscraper announcments. I get exactly where you coming from.

1020, 225, and Clttranspro, if I could like your post a 1000 times, I would. Ppl true colors are coming out on this one. Just go ahead, stop the charade, and just say what graphic, you feel is responsible, for the crime wave at the Epic Center. You've certainly thrown enough hints, that's for sure!

I Don't know when it's gonna happen, but as I said before, I do believe WF relocation to Charlotte N.C. will happen

Don't know when it's gonna happen, but I feel it's only a matter of time before there is Breaking News:. WELLS FARGO, relocating to Charlotte. To much smoke there, and it just make sense.

Welcome. Now is a great time to join. I've been on here for 12 years and this is the most ive ever been excited for Charlotte. It seems like everything is hitting critical mass right now. If we can grab another HQ or 2 we could immediately jump into the next tier of skylines and cities. Lowes does a great job of stretching that skyline to the south and west.
Agree! Was just thinking, though Charlotte is definitely headed in the right direction, it could still use another HQ... Getting Lowes Tech Center is a statement!

My first post .....
Really glad to see Charlotte land the Lowes Tech Center. Still don't see how the QC lost Alliance Bernstein to Nashville, smh.

Personally, I think that an Aquarium, as well as an Family Oriented "Epic Center" would do miracles for Charlotte. While a Great place to live, visiting, is a whole another topic.
