^Considering it says "Heart & Soul" above it, I imagine the E and C stands for Eric Church. As for the "F", not sure. The Heart & Soul are Church's three newest albums.

2 hours ago, smeagolsfree said:Great shots, chriss752! Are you visiting Nashville this week? If so thanks for the pictures.
You are always welcome to post. Its been a couple of years since I was last in St Louis, but I am excited about the location of the new stadium there. I know that area well. A perfect place for it.
Thanks. I was only in Nashville for the night and half of today. I was driving back from Port St. Joe Florida and decided to stop off for the night. 8 hours of driving solo wears you out, especially on the backroads of Alabama.
I was in town for a few days in August but never shared my project pictures from then. I'd like to post more often here, and may. We will see. As far as St. Louis goes and the soccer stadium at 22nd street, we have a bit going on but nothing on the level of Nashville.

May or may not be anything new, but here is an up close ground-level rendering and a side view for the Edition Hotel. ESA Architects also describes the hotel as follows...
QuoteThe luxury Nashville Edition Hotel seeks to embrace the urban nature of the surrounding Gulch neighborhood while setting itself apart from other developments. Plantlife becomes a key exterior feature of the proposed 16-story hotel, an offering for guests seeking biophilic spaces within the city where greenery is less prevalent. The planter edges aid in defining key areas for outdoor access in prominent public areas. This enhances guests’ sense of arrival and invites the neighborhood into the street-level concert venue, 3,000-square-foot restaurant and 8,000-square-foot multi-vendor market hall.
Material selection is crucial to how the project presents itself along Porter Street and Grundy Street. Glass, brass-toned metal and varying masonry create an inviting and warm entry. The tower is a mixture of cast concrete, metal and glass—materials which differentiate from each other texturally and reflect the cosmopolitan nature of the Gulch—that will integrate into Nashville’s skyline and the surrounding urban landscape. Seeking LEED® Certification, the hotel will also include 281 guestrooms, 5,000 square feet of meeting space, rooftop pool and bar, spa/fitness facility and private bar and lounge retail.

I did some digging and found some new renderings and data...
- Maximum Building size is 362,006SF
- Available to Divide: 361,997SF
- Maximum Contiguous: 294,459SF
- Floor Count: 23
- 10th Floor Amenity Deck and Cafe
- Drop off zone.
- CBRE Marketing
Interesting to note, only the 11th-23rd floors are being marketed for available space. Was a parking garage ever talked about? Because that appears to be what the space between the lobby and 10th Floor is. Either way, I like the new perspectives.

^That is actually a previous design for one in Clayton Missouri. It has since been redesigned and simplified. Base4 was the architect on that.
